At 3s League, the safety, well-being, and development of our players is our top priority. We are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and secure environment for every athlete, family, coach, and staff member.
Below you'll find our core safety policies and procedures. These policies apply to all 3s League programs, events, staff, coaches, referees, volunteers, parents, and participants.
Purpose
3s League is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Bullying, hazing, and harassment are not tolerated.
Definitions
Bullying includes repeated physical, verbal, emotional, or cyber behavior intended to intimidate, harm, or exclude another individual.
Hazing includes any humiliating, degrading, or dangerous activity required for participation or acceptance.
Prohibited Conduct
- Verbal abuse, threats, or name-calling
- Physical intimidation or aggression
- Social exclusion or humiliation
- Cyberbullying via text, social media, or messaging apps
- Hazing rituals or initiations
Expectations
- Players, parents, coaches, and staff must model respectful behavior
- Coaches and staff are responsible for addressing bullying immediately
- Retaliation for reporting concerns is prohibited
Reporting & Discipline
Reports will be investigated promptly and fairly. Disciplinary action may include suspension or removal from the league. Severe incidents may be referred to appropriate authorities.
