Our governance, eligibility, conduct expectations, and discipline.

At 3s League, the safety, well-being, and development of our players is our top priority. We are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and secure environment for every athlete, family, coach, and staff member.

Below you'll find our core safety policies and procedures. These policies apply to all 3s League programs, events, staff, coaches, referees, volunteers, parents, and participants.


Governance

3s League operates as a youth sports organization committed to safety, fairness, accountability, and community development.

Eligibility

Players must meet age and registration requirements and complete all required waivers, acknowledgments, and safety policies prior to participation.

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Show respect to officials, teammates, and opponents
  • Follow league rules and safety protocols
  • Demonstrate sportsmanship on and off the court

Background Checks

  • Required for all 3s League staff, court monitors, and referees
  • Conducted prior to participation and in accordance with Players Health standards, including national and county-level screening
  • Individuals with disqualifying offenses are prohibited from participation

Waivers & Assumption of Risk

Participation in 3s League requires execution of the 3s League Minor Waiver and Release of Liability by a parent or legal guardian.

Discipline

3s League reserves the right to suspend or remove any individual whose conduct is unsafe, inappropriate, or detrimental to the league or its participants.

Policy Review

All safety policies and procedures are reviewed annually and updated as needed to remain compliant with applicable laws and best practices.
