Check-In & Guest Experience Lead
Role Overview
3s League is seeking a friendly, reliable Check-In & Guest Experience Lead to serve as the first point of contact for families, players, and guests on game nights. This role is responsible for welcoming attendees, managing entry fees, and acting as a central liaison between parents, staff, referees, and league leadership.
This person helps set the tone for the entire event and plays a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized game-day experience.
Key Responsibilities
- •Welcome families, players, and guests with a friendly and professional presence
- •Collect and track entry fees using league-approved payment methods
- •Manage check-in flow and answer general questions about the league and schedule
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians during game nights
- •Communicate updates or issues to league staff, referees, and Court Monitors as needed
- •Assist with setting up partner banners, the community partner table, and the check-in area prior to games
- •Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house setup
- •Support basic game-day operations as needed
Qualifications
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Comfortable handling payments and basic tracking
- •Organized, dependable, and professional
- •Calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience in customer service, events, or hospitality preferred
- •Comfortable interacting with parents, kids, and staff
Training, Compliance & Safety
- •On-the-job training provided, including check-in procedures, payment tracking, and setup expectations
- •Must complete all league-required compliance and child safety training
- •Must pass a background check prior to working games
- •Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
